This coming Thursday, July 12th from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM EDT, Firebrand Technologies’ Content Services Chief, Jennifer Lyman will be presenting “Content Services Overview” – an exclusive webinar which will give current and prospective users a glimpse into the realm of content services, and what the solution can do for you.

Register for the webinar here.

In advance of the webinar I (Burnie) was able to track Jennifer down and ask her some pressing questions regarding the presentation, and what attendees can look forward to. She handled the heat particularly well…

Burnard V. Char: How long have you been involved with Content Services?

Jennifer Lyman: I began working with the Content Services group in early 2011, before our first customers went live with our service.  I became Content Services Chief this spring.

Burnie: How does Firebrand differentiate itself from others in the field?

JL: The integration between our digital file delivery service and our Title Management system sets us apart from other digital content distributors.  This integration allows you to send your metadata from the very system where your metadata is being defined and gathered for all of its uses.  Because of this integration, any other Title Management users within your organization can see the history of what files have been delivered to which partners for each title.  We also are able to deliver the complete package that the eBook retailers require in one delivery bundle – eBook metadata, eBook content file, and cover image.  This bundled delivery reduces support issues created when the content and metadata do not arrive together.

Burnie: What can attendees expect when they register for your upcoming webinar, “Content Services Overview”?

JL: Attendees can expect to see this integration in action as we enter a title’s metadata, upload content files on the title to our secure cloud, and request distributions of these files to your trading partners.  We will do this for a single title and I’ll show how this can also be executed for a whole list of titles at once.

Burnie: What is your favorite vegetable?

JL: It’s really a toss-up between broccoli and Brussels sprouts.  Broccoli has been my favorite since childhood, so it will always hold a special place in my heart.  Brussels sprouts are a new addition in the last 10 years or so, because of their sweetness and versatility.

Burnie: That sounds delightful. And your webinar… Insightful. I’m looking forward to it!

Join us! If you’re a user, or prospect thinking about implementing Firebrand’s Content Services solution, this is will act as a great informative session to have your questions answered.

Signing off,

Burnie
